摘 要:职业经理人制度是在我国市场经济逐渐发展的过程中吸收国外企业的经营管理经验,引入的一种非常重要的管理思想,它对于建立现代企业制度,推动国民经济的发展具有重大意义。当前,我国正逐渐建立起一套完善的职业经理人体系,并取得了较大的进展,但仍有许多不足之处有待改进。文章对职业经理人与企业之间的冲突及其成因进行剖析,针对目前职业经理人制度所面临的问题,提出从优化职业经理人选聘机制、激励机制和约束机制等方面建立健全职业经理人市场体系的建议。Professional manager system is a very important management thinking which is introduced into the process of the gradual development of market economy in China by absorbing the management experience of foreign enterprises.It is of great significance for establishing modern enterprise system and promoting the development of national economy.At present,China is gradually establishing a set of perfect professional manager system,and has made great progress,but there are still many shortcomings to be improved.This paper analyzes the conflict between professional managers and enterprises and its causes,aiming at the problems faced by the current professional manager system,and puts forward suggestions to establish and improve the professional manager market system from the aspects of optimizing the selection and recruitment mechanism,incentive mechanism and constraint mechanism of professional managers.
