摘 要:将创新理念融于课堂教学,激励学生主动思考和解决问题,激发学生的学习兴趣,显著提升学生的动手实践能力和创新思维能力。这种教学改革已成为高等职业院校教育模式的发展趋势。以乳制品加工教学模块为例,探究了创新驱动教学模式在教学内容、方法、创新素质培养及评价机制等方面的应用途径。教学实践结果表明,采用创新驱动的教学模式不仅提升了“畜产品加工”课程的教学质量,而且通过相关性的教学策略,有效提高了知识的掌握效率,从而促进创新型专业人才方面的质量提升。Integrating the concept of innovation into classroom teaching to inspire students to think critically and solve problems not only stimulates their interest in learning but also significantly enhances their practical skills and innovative thinking.This teaching reform has become a developmental trend in higher vocational education.This article took the dairy product processing teaching module as an example to investigate the application of the innovation-driven teaching mode in aspects such as teaching content,methods,cultivation of innovative qualities,and evaluation mechanisms.The results of teaching practice indicate that adopting the innovation-driven teaching mode not only improved the teaching quality of the Amimal Product Processing course but also through relevant teaching strategies,effectively enhances the efficiency of knowledge acquisition,thereby promoting the quality improvement of talents in innovative professions.
