近红外光谱技术在山葡萄无损检测中的应用研究

摘　　要：山葡萄是中国特色葡萄酒的原材料,其成熟度和品质对酿造优质葡萄酒有关键作用。无损检测技术是指在不破坏样品的前提下进行检测,目前应用研究广泛。综述无损检测技术的几种机制和适用领域及研究进展,通过比较发现近红外光谱分析技术比较适宜于山葡萄的无损检测,为后续的无损检测设备研究和拓展应用提供参考。Wild mountain grape is the raw material of Chinese characteristic wild wine.Its maturity and quality play a key role in brewing high-quality wine.Nondestructive testing technology can be used in nondestructive testing of samples,and it is widely used.In this paper,several mechanisms,application fields and research progress of nondestructive testing technology were summarized.By comparison,near-infrared spectroscopy analysis technology was more suitable for non-destructive testing of wild mountain grape,providing a reference for the follow-up research and expansion of non-destructive testing equipment.
