摘 要:茶叶主要成分茶多酚、儿茶素、茶氨酸、生物碱、茶多糖等具有明确的生理功效,茶的健康功效和在疾病治疗辅助作用一直是研究热点,涉及茶叶对运动生理作用研究则较少。系统归纳总结了茶叶在运动生理方面研究进展,得到茶对抗氧化缓解疲劳、抗炎损伤恢复、降脂减肥控制体重、增加能量供应提升肌肉力量、保护心肌、增强心肺功能、提升免疫功能及对改善运动中枢等方面有明确功效的结论,研究分析茶叶主功能分子在运动生理方面的作用机理,为茶运动产品研发,拓展茶叶市场提供参考,助力乡村振兴国家战略。The main components of tea,such as tea polyphenols,catechins,theanine,alkaloids,and tea polysaccharides,had clear physiological effects.The health benefits and auxiliary effects in disease treatment of tea had always been a research hotspot,but there were relatively little research on the physiological effects of tea on exercise.This article systematically summarized the research progress of tea in the field of exercise physiology,and concluded that tea has clear effects in combating oxidation,relieving fatigue,anti-inflammatory damage recovery,reducing fat and weight loss,controlling weight,increasing energy supply,improving muscle strength,protecting myocardium,enhancing cardiovascular function,enhancing immune function,and improving the central nervous system.Part of the research analyzed the mechanism of action of tea in sports physiology.This article provided reference for the research and development of tea sports products,expanding the tea market,and supporting the national strategy of rural revitalization.
