摘　　要：探索教育数字化战略背景下高职“发酵工程”课程的改革,从6个方面探讨“高职发酵”工程课程改革方法和举措:提高教学团队数字化能力、选取基于数字化的教学内容、丰富教学方法和手段、建设数字化教学资源、改善教学条件及教学评价等,助力知识、技能、素养“三位一体”的高素质高技能人才培养。The paper aimed to explore the reform of higher vocational Fermentation Engineering curriculum under the background of education digitalization strategy.The reform methods and initiatives of this course were discussed from six perspectives,which include improving the digital ability of teaching teams,selecting digital-based teaching content,enriching teaching methodologies,building digital teaching resources,enhancing teaching conditions and evaluation and cultivating high-quality talents with knowledge,skills and literacy.
