摘　　要：为更好地落实国际工程教育认证“以学生为中心,产出为导向,持续改进”的教育理念,研究了食品科学与工程专业综合实践教学模式,通过以产出为导向(OBE)的行业动态调查、实践教学体系的优化重组等多方面阐述了基于OBE模式和产出导向的“食品科学综合实习”教学体系的改革,为创新型、复合型、应用型食品科学与工程人才培养提供一份可行的方案。In order to better implement the education concept of student-centered,output-oriented,continuous improvement of international engineering education certification,the comprehensive practice program for food science and engineering major was investigated.The reform of the Comprehensive Practice of Food Science based on OBE model was expounded through the OBE dynamic survey of the industry and the optimization and reorganization of the practice program,which would provide a feasible scheme for the cultivation of innovative,compound and applied talents in food science and engineering.
