摘　　要：高职应用型本科项目的实施,为搭建人才成长立交桥、探索高层次应用型技术技能人才培养作出有益探索。概述了高职应用型本科人才培养现状及存在问题并进行了分析;以江苏食品药品职业技术学院和江苏海洋大学联合开展的高职与本科联合培养项目(“4+0”项目)为例,探讨了“校校企”协同培养应用型本科食品人才的实施路径及协同育人成效,以期为同类项目实施和职教本科人才培养提供借鉴。The implementation of the applied undergraduate program in higher vocational colleges has made a beneficial exploration for building a talent growth overpass and exploring the cultivation of high-level applied technical talents.This paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents in higher vocational education.At the same time,taking the joint cultivation project of higher vocational education and undergraduate education(“4+0”project)carried out by jiangsu food and pharmaceutical science college and Jiangsu Ocean University as an example,this paper discussed the implementation path and effect of school-school-enterprise collaborative cultivation of applied undergraduate food talents.It was expected to provide reference for the implementation of similar projects and the cultivation of undergraduate talents in vocational education.
