摘  要:肌酸是一种天然存在的含氮化合物,别名N-甲基胍基乙酸,能够作为能量来源促进细胞代谢。肌酸补充剂已被广泛应用于运动营养领域,以改善运动表现、提高运动能力。运动员在补充肌酸的过程中,往往还会补充其他的营养物质,期望结合不同补充剂的促进作用,产生协同效应,获得最佳的运动表现。该文综述了肌酸在人体内的合成和肌酸补充剂的形式、安全性,总结了不同样品中肌酸的检测方法及优缺点,重点阐述了补充肌酸以及肌酸与碳水化合物、β-羟基-β-甲基丁酸、咖啡因、碳酸氢钠和α-硫辛酸联合补充对运动的作用,以期为肌酸在运动营养中的研究和在运动训练过程中的应用提供参考。Creatine is a naturally occurring nitrogenous compound,known as N-methyl guanidine acetic acid,which can be used as an energy source to promote cell metabolism.Creatine supplements have been widely used in the field of sports nutrition to improve athletic performance and exercise capacity.While supplementing creatine,athletes often supplement with other nutrients,hoping to combine the stimulative effects of different supplements to create a synergistic effect for optimal athletic performance and to provide a reference for the research of creatine in sports nutrition and its application in the process of sports training.This article summarized the anabolic metabolism of creatine in the human body,the forms and safety of creatine supplements,and the detection methods,advantages,and disadvantages of creatine in different samples.Creatine supplementation and the effects of creatine combined with carbohydrate,β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate,caffeine,sodium bicarbonate,andα-lipoic acid supplementation on exercise were highlighted.
