基于1+X证书的高职汽车专业课程体系建设探析

摘　　要：实施1+X证书制度对高职院校深化复合型技术人才培养模式改革,提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。通过对1+X证书制度的介绍,分析其带来的一些挑战和优势。参照1+X职业技能等级证书专业技能水平标准,从课证融通、人才培养方案、课程体系、课程内容、组织实施等方面进行了探索和实践,提出了一些有效的措施和建议,为该专业继续推进1+X证书制度提供经验,以促进高职汽车专业课程体系的发展。The implementation of the 1+X certificate system is of great significance for vocational colleges to deepen the reform of the training mode for composite technical talents and improve the quality of talent cultivation.Through the introduction of 1+X certificate system,some challenges and advantages brought by it are analyzed.With reference to the 1+X professional skill level standard of vocational skill grade certificate,it explores and practices from the aspects of course certificate integration,talent cultivation plan,course system,course content,organizational implementation,etc.Some effective measures and suggestions are proposed to provide experience for the continued promotion of the 1+X certificate system in this major,in order to promote the development of vocational automotive curriculum system.
