摘　　要：劳动教育是助力当代高职院校在校生心理健康全面发展的有效途径。天津渤海职业技术学院携手天津长芦汉沽盐场有限责任公司共同搭建校内外劳动实践基地。通过各项保障机制,强化“三全育人”效果,加强劳动教育与心理健康全面发展有机结合,提升职业院校大学生的劳动技能,健全心理素质,实现“德智体美劳”全面发展。Labor education is an effective way to promote the all-round development of mental health of students in contemporary higher vocational institutes.Tianjin Bohai Vocational Technology College cooperates with Tianjin ChangluHangu Saltern Co.,Ltd.to build labor practice bases on and off campus.Through various guarantee mechanisms,it strengthens the effect of"Three All-round Education",strengthens the organic combination of labor education and comprehensive development of mental health,improves the labor skills of college students in vocational institutes,improves their psychological quality,and realizes all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor.
