教育惩戒中的“身体”关怀——基于梅洛·庞蒂知觉现象学的视角

摘  要:在当下的教育实践中,教育惩戒细则的颁布并不意味着一劳永逸。要想达到有温度的、小惩大戒的理想状态,还有很远的路要走。要想达到这样的境界,就要求教师在教育惩戒的过程中发现学生“身体”的踪影,关怀学生的“身体”。知觉现象学认为,“身体”是“灵肉一体”的、“亲密无间”的、能言说的。而当前教育场域中“身体”处于隐身状态,缺乏对“身体”的关怀。教育惩戒应当关怀学生的“身体”,针对当前教育惩戒过程中教师重手段轻效果、在惩戒中破坏了良好的师生关系、机械执行,以及缺乏沟通等诸多困境,运用“主体体验性”“交往互动性”“能言说性”来保证教育惩戒的准确有效,落实其育人的最终目的。In the current educational practice,the promulgation of educational punishment rules does not mean once and for all.There is still a long way to go to achieve the ideal state of temperature and small punishments.In order to achieve such a state,teachers are required to find the trace of students' “bodies” and care for students' “bodies” in the process of education and punishment.The phenomenology of perception points out that “body” is “spirit and flesh”,“intimate” and can speak.However,in the current education field,the “body” is in a state of invisibility and lacks the concern for the “body”.Educational punishment should care for the “body” of students.In view of the many difficulties in the current educational punishment,teachers attach more importance to means than effects,destroy the good relationship between teachers and students in the punishment,mechanical execution,and lack of communication,the use of “subject experience”,“interaction” and “expressiveness” to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of educational punishment,implement the ultimate goal of educating people.
