摘  要:《有机酸工艺学》课程是我校生物工程专业的专业选修课程,其实践性强、知识点密集,与我国有机酸工业密切相关。在课堂教学中,调动学生的学习积极性、提高学习效率,是该课程实现教学目标的关键。本文总结了课程团队在教学内容的优化、混合教学模式的构建、实践教学创新、考核方式改革等环节进行的探索性改革,以期为今后课程的持续改进提供参考。The course"Organic Acid Technology"is a professional elective course for the bioengineering speciality in our university,which has strong practicality and dense knowledge,and is closely related to the organic acid industry in China.In classroom teaching,mobilizing students'learning enthusiasm and improving learning efficiency are the keys to achieving the teaching objectives of the course.This paper summarizes the exploratory reforms carried out by the course team in the optimization of teaching content,construction of mixed teaching mode,innovation in practical teaching,and reform of assessment methods,in order to provide reference for the continuous improvement of subsequent courses.
