摘 要:在数字教育背景下,开展光电专业新工科建设,培养高素质、复合型、与世界接轨的光电工程技术人才,是当前高校人才培养面临的挑战。针对当前高校光电专业存在的课程融合与贯通程度不够、课程信息化建设不到位、学生科研创新培养不足等一系列共性问题,通过强调学生教学主体地位的重要性,进一步深化课程改革,提升学生的综合能力;通过突出课程信息化建设,激发学生利用数字资源拓展知识边界,提升学生的信息化能力;通过强化学生实验能力与科研创新能力培养,结合一流科研平台,进一步深化理论与实践的融合,为高校培养具有光电专业特色的新工科人才提供借鉴。Under the background of digital education,how to cultivate high-quality,versatile,and globally connected optoelectronic engineering and technical talents is a challenge,which is faced by higher education institutions.The current problems include inadequate curriculum integration,insufficient development of digital courses,and insufficient training in scientific research and innovation.This paper emphasizes the importance of the student-centered teaching approach.The solutions to current problems were provided by developing curriculum reforms and inspiring students to use digital resources for autonomous learning,and establishing a full process training system for undergraduate-master-doctoral students.In addition,the significance of innovation capability development,and cultivating scientific research and innovation capabilities was highlighted by leveraging top-notch research platforms.Our research work can offer a valuable reference for the cultivation of internationally competitive optoelectronic engineers and technicians.
