摘　　要：地方医学院校在专业课程设置、科学研究创新方面具有自身的特点和优势。依托地方医学院校的学科资源优势,结合学校培养应用型人才的办学定位,根据社会需求和实际需要,深化校企合作产教融合,共同培养社会紧缺的医学人才,探讨与企业合作基础医学专业人才培养模式,为毕业生搭建和拓宽就业渠道。Local medical colleges and universities have unique characteristics and advantages in professional curriculum and scientific research innovation.Relying on the advantages of discipline resources of medical colleges and universities,combined with the school running orientation of training application-oriented talents,and according to the social needs and actual needs,we should deepen the cooperation between universities and enterprises,and jointly cultivate medical talents in short supply in society through the integration of production and education.We should explore the talent training model of basic medicine in cooperation with enterprises,and building and broadening employment channels for graduates.
