摘　　要：进入数字时代,面对数字化强国、数字化教育战略布局,国家开放大学启动人工智能赋能大学英语智慧教学改革,致力于探索数字信息技术与专门用途英语教学模式深度融合的方法。在教育数字化转型背景下,基于开放教育专门用途英语教学模式内涵和构建原则,围绕课程设置与教学目标、教学内容与素材、教学方法与实施、课程评价与测试四个方面,提出专门用途英语教学模式构建框架,构建开放教育专门用途英语教学模式的实施策略,以提升开放大学英语教学成效。In the digital era,amidst the strategic emphasis on digital power and digital education,the National Open University has initiated the"AI Enabled English Intelligent Teaching Reform"to explore the seamless integration of digital information technology and ESP teaching methods.This study delves into the essence and foundational principles of ESP teaching within open education against the backdrop of the educational sector's digital transformation.Focusing on four key aspects-curriculum design and educational objectives,instructional content and materials,pedagogical approaches and execution,and assessment and evaluation-this research presents a framework for the construction and implementation of digital empowerment strategies to enhance the ESP teaching mode within open education.The aim is to elevate the efficacy of English language instruction at the National Open University.
