摘 要:党的二十大报告提出职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇的“三融”国家战略,明确了新时代职业教育体系建设改革的新目标与新任务,对优化职业教育类型定位和职业教育高质量发展具有重要的意义。新时代背景下,职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇的时代要义旨在以“融”之理念与方式,达到“通”“合”“汇”之目标要求。“三融”战略是一项涵盖多主体、跨越多领域的复杂工程,面临着评价供给不足、评价调控不够、评价导向偏离导致的职普分离、产教疏离、科教分流的新挑战。随着《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》的出台,我国教育评价进入新的历史阶段,不仅强调“破立并举”以扭转不科学的评价导向,而且将全面引领教育领域的深刻变革,激活现代职业教育体系建设改革的新动能。全面推进职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇,必须抓牢新时代教育评价改革的赋能契机与有力支点,以完备的评价制度供给,重塑职普等值的人才发展观,构建职普纵横融通的新体系;以全面的评价调控力度,有效调适产教的多重逻辑冲突,形成产教融合共生的新生态;以科学的评价目标导向,矫正科教多层分流的状态,创造科教力量融合汇聚的新优势。The Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the“three integrations”national strategy,to promote the integration between vocational education and general education,between industry and education,and between science and education.The“three integrations”national strategy defines the new goals and new tasks of the construction and reform of the vocational education system in the new era,which has extremely important significance for optimizing the type positioning and the high-quality development of vocational education.In the new period,the essence of the strategy of“three integrations”aims to achieve the goal of“communication”,“integration”and“convergence”with the idea and way of“integration”.The“three integrations”strategy is a complex project covering multiple subjects and spanning multiple fields.It faces the realistic dilemma of inadequate evaluation supply,insufficient evaluation regulation and deviation of evaluation orientation,which leads to the new challenges including the separation of vocational and general education,separation of industry and education,and separation of science and education.With the introduction of the“Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era”,China’s educational evaluation has entered a new historical stage,emphasizing the“breaking and lifting simultaneously”to reverse the unscientific evaluation orientation.This will comprehensively lead the profound changes in the field of education and activate the new momentum of the construction and reform of the modern vocational education system.To comprehensively promote the“three integrations”strategy,we must grasp the empowering opportunity and powerful fulcrum of educational evaluation reform in the new era.First of all,it is necessary to provide a complete evaluation system,reshape the concept of talent development,and build a new system of integration between vocational education and general education.Secondly,it is
