摘　　要：《兽医内科学》在整个动物医学教育中具有非常重要的地位和作用,该学科具有较强的临床实践性。将案例教学法应用于《兽医内科学》的教学中,课堂上以真实的病例为案例,师生共同分析研究,能够激发学生主动学习的兴趣,锻炼思维能力,教学效果比单向知识输出模式更好。该文将从案例教学法的必要性、实施过程、积极意义和关键问题等方面进行阐述,希望案例教学法能在《兽医内科学》教学中得以推广实施,培养出更加优秀的兽医专业学生。“Veterinary internal medicine”plays a very important role in the whole animal medical education,which has a strong clinical practice.The use of Case-based Learning Method(CBL)in the teaching of“veterinary internal medicine”can stimulate students'interest in active learning and exercise their thinking ability,the teaching effect is better than the one-way knowledge output mode.This article discusses the necessity,implementation process,positive implications and key issues of CBL in the teaching of“veterinary internal medicine”,to train more outstanding students of Veterinary Medicine.
