摘  要:职业院校教师教学创新团队负责人作为团队的第一负责人,在团队中处于中心地位,负责团队组建、目标制定、资源整合、项目实施、关系协调等工作,是目标的引领者、创新的推动者、资源的整合者、关系的协调者。团队负责人的能力水平影响团队的发展,关系教学创新改革的结果,其胜任能力与工作绩效、工作导向、工作情境有着明确的内在联系,这要求团队负责人在品德素质、人际关系、任务达成、理论研究等方面具备良好水平,进而为建设高水平教师教学创新团队提供能力储备。As the leader of the teaching innovation team,the head of the team assumes the role of the first person in charge and occupies a central position in the team.He is responsible for team building,goal setting,resource integration,project implementation,and relationship coordination.They are the guides of the goals,drivers of innovation,integrators of resources,and coordinators of relationships.The competence level of the team leader affects the development of the team and influences the results of teaching innovation and reform.Competence is closely related to job performance,work orientation,and work context.This requires the team leader to have a good level of moral quality,interpersonal relationships,task accomplishment,and theoretical research,thus providing capability reserves for building high-level teachers'teaching innovation teams.
