教育数字化背景下中医眼针疗法虚拟仿真教学的创新研究

摘　　要：眼针疗法是针刺眼球周围、眼眶边缘的穴位以治疗全身疾病的新型微针疗法。传统的二维理论传授和技能实训教学只能片面、局部地向学生展示眼针疗法操作内容,难以达到完整、全面的教学效果。在新时代教育数字化背景下,将虚拟现实(VR)技术与实训教学、临床诊疗相融合,构建、应用具有三维优势的中医眼针虚拟实训教学系统,立体呈现眼针腧穴定位和解剖结构,模拟临床接诊流程和针刺操作步骤,提供更加便捷高效的诊疗、教学环境,提升眼针实训教学效果与医疗卫生服务能力,推动中医眼针疗法技术进基层、进社区、进家庭,助力实现“健康中国”的目标。Ocular acupuncture is a new microneedle therapy for the treatment of systemic diseases by acupuncture at the points around the eyeball and the edge of the orbit.The traditional two-dimensional theory teaching and skills training teaching can only show the operation content of eye acupuncture to students one-sidedly and partially,which is difficult to achieve a complete and com-prehensive effect.In digital education under the background of new era,with the aid of virtual reality technology and the integration,clinical diagnosis and treatment practice teaching,construction and application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has the advan-tage of 3 d ocular needle virtual training teaching system,the three-dimensional rendering ocular needle locate acupoints and anatomi-cal structure,simulation of clinical accepts processes and acupuncture operation steps,provide more convenient and efficient diagno-sis and treatment,teaching,environment,to improve the practical teaching effect of ocular acupuncture training and medical and health service ability,promote the application of TCM ocular acupuncture therapy technology into grassroots,communities and fami-lies,and help realize the goal of“healthy China”.
