摘  要:高师美术教育事业的成熟发展得益于高质量人才培养,人才培养质量监测体系的建构为人才培养优化提供了科学依据,同时也是提升教育教学水平和人才培养质量的重要举措。但当前高师美术教育专业人才培养质量监测存在监测主体单一化、监测内容片面化、监测过程形式化、监测保障与反馈机制不健全等问题。基于此,阐述高师美术教育质量监测的概念及内容,分析其存在的问题、影响因素,并提出高师美术教育专业人才质量监测体系提升的建议与策略,为高师美术教育人才培养提供参考。The mature development of fine arts education in normal colleges and universities benefits from the cultivation of high-quality talents.The construction of talent training quality monitoring system provides a scientific basis for the optimization of talent training,and is also an important measure to upgrade the level of education and teaching and the quality of talent training.But at present,there are some problems in the quality monitoring of fine arts education in normal colleges and universities,such as the single monitoring subject,the one-sided monitoring content,the formalization of the monitoring process,and the imperfect monitoring guarantee and feedback mechanism.Based on this,this paper expounds the concept and content of quality monitoring of fine arts education in normal colleges and universities,analyzes its existing problems and influencing factors,and puts forward suggestions and strategies for a quality monitoring system for fine arts education professionals in normal universities,providing references for the cultivation of fine arts education talents in normal colleges and universities.
