摘  要:运用文献资料、实地访谈等方法,探索我国中小学体育教练员队伍建设的意义、困境,并提出优化路径。意义:纾解中小学体育师资短缺压力,拓宽退役运动员就业安置渠道,优化学校竞技体育后备人才培养体系。困境:管理机制不灵活,长期培养难度大;服务形式不明确,岗位稳定性低下;知识与能力结构失衡,职业胜任力不高;职业角色转变大,岗位适应力不强等。优化路径:构筑运行机制与评价考核制度,激活供给服务与财政支持力度,优化资源投入和能力培养体系,强化主体性认知与岗位适应能力。By using the methods of literature review and field interview,this paper explored the significance and dilemma of the construction of sports coach team in primary and secondary schools in China,and put forward the optimization path.Significance:It relieves the pressure of shortage of sports teachers in primary and secondary schools,broadens the employment placement channels for retired athletes,and optimizes the training system of competitive sports reserve talents in schools.Dilemma:The management mechanism is notflexible,and long-term training is difficult.The form of service is not clear,and the stability of the post is low.The structure of knowledge and ability is unbalanced,and the professional competence is not high.The change of professional role is large,and the adaptability of the position is not strong.Path:We should build operating mechanism and evaluation system,activate supply service and financial support,optimize resource investment and ability training system,and strengthen subjective cognition and post adaptability.
