摘 要:基于应用型本科院校226名教师的实证分析研究,教师的育德能力和育德意识二者对课程思政教学质量产生显著正向影响,而育德意识影响程度略高于育德能力.教师职业认同以育德能力和育德意识为中介正向影响教师课程思政教学质量.研究结果对高校尤其是应用型本科院校的课程思政教学质量提升具有参考价值.Based on the empirical analysis of cases of 226 teachers in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,it is concluded that both teachers’moral education ability and moral education consciousness have a significant positive impact on the quality of ideological and political education in the curriculum,and the degree of influence of moral education consciousness is slightly higher than that of moral education ability.In addition,the professional self-identity of teachers positively influences the quality of ideological and political education in their curriculum through the mediating of moral education ability and moral education consciousness.The corresponding research findings and inspirations in this paper have reference value for the improvement of the quality of ideological and political education in universities,especially in application-oriented undergraduate colleges.
