纳米氧化铜-镉单一与联合胁迫对油菜营养品质的影响

摘  要:采用水培实验,探究了纳米氧化铜(CuO NPs)与镉(Cd)联合胁迫对油菜品质的影响.结果表明,单一CuO NPs(10~50 mg·L^(-1))处理对油菜生长和品质有一定抑制作用,油菜鲜重、可溶性糖、抗坏血酸和总酚含量随CuO NPs浓度增加而降低,与未投加相比,分别降低了9.61%~39.26%、6.88%~45.09%、9.20%~29.14%和10.36%~18.47%,硝酸盐含量则显著升高16.44%~72.61%.在1μmol·L^(-1)Cd处理下,施加CuO NPs后油菜鲜重呈先升高后降低趋势.与空白对照相比,油菜叶片Cd含量降低了21.57%~36.14%,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和总酚含量最大分别降低了30.9%、39.61%和27.96%,抗坏血酸含量则增加了44.83%~76.21%,硝酸盐含量大幅升高,最大增加了116.18%,黄酮含量增加不明显.CuO NPs促进了油菜叶部Zn、Mg、Al、K和Ca元素的吸收,抑制了Fe元素吸收.研究表明,CuO NPs、Cd单一及联合胁迫整体上对油菜品质产生了负面影响.Effect of the single and combined treatments of nanometer copper oxide(CuO NPs) and cadmium(Cd) on the quality of Brassica campestris L.was studied by hydroponics experiment.The result shows that the growth and nutritional quality of B.campestris L.were inhibited under the single treatments of CuO NPs(10~50 mg·L^(-1)).When compared with no CuO NPs treatment,the parameters of the fresh weight,soluble sugar content,ascorbic acid content and total phenol content in the plants were reduced with the increase of CuO NPs,which was decreased by 9.61%~39.26%,6.88%~45.09%,9.20%~29.14% and 10.36%~18.47%,respectively,and while the nitrate content significantly increased by 16.44%~72.61%.When the contents of Cd was 1 μmol·L^(-1),the fresh weight of B.campestris L.showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing after applying CuO NPs.In contrast to the control groups,the content of Cd element in Brassica campestris L.decreased by 21.57%~36.14%,the maximum decreased in the amount of soluble sugar,soluble protein and total phenol was 30.9%、39.61% and 27.96%,respectively.On the contrary,the content of ascorbic acid increased by 44.83%~76.21%,the maximum increased in content of nitrate was 116.18%,the flavonoid content increased slightly.CuO NPs promoted the content of Zn,Mg,Al,K and Ca elements in leaves of the plant,but inhibited the absorption of Fe elements.The results showed that single and combined treatments of CuO NPs and Cd generally had negative effect on the quality of B.campestris L.
