大学生肿瘤防控知晓现状及健康管理调查研究

摘　　要：目的以大学生为主体摸索肿瘤全程防控宣教的重点,总结方法,为我国在防癌控癌工作中提供以大学生群体为主的数据支持,为降低我国癌症发病率及死亡率提供指导意义。方法采集国内外癌症相关数据、中国肿瘤登记制度文献及本调查范围内癌症相关卫生行政管理数据;对大学生、肿瘤科教师、肿瘤专业专家、卫生法律专家进行访谈;采用调查问卷调查辖区肿瘤全程防控的知晓情况、大学生对肿瘤防治的相关知识的了解方式、大学生对恶性肿瘤早期症状及抗癌防癌知识的认知、大学生对健康管理的认识及需求情况等。结果辖区大学生中,对肿瘤全程防控知晓情况了解当中,男生人数占比高于女生人数占比,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=6.963,P=0.008);84.96%的大学生表示通过书本、电视、手机等了解肿瘤防治知识;大学生对我国医疗保险中对恶性肿瘤的相关信息的了解情况,男生了解人数占比高于女生了解人数占比,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=5.531,P=0.019)。结论我省的防癌抗癌数据及其防控措施、肿瘤相关卫生行政管理统计数据面临着严峻的挑战,大学生对肿瘤预防、早期筛查及早期症状了解不够详细,大学生对肿瘤全程防控及医保制度都还不够了解,大学生在肿瘤防控和健康管理的宣教上仍需加强。Objective To explore the key points of cancer prevention and control education in the whole process with college students as the main body,summarize the methods,provide data support based on college students in the work of cancer prevention and control in China,and provide guidance for reducing the incidence rate and mortality of cancer in China.Method:Collect cancer related data both domestically and internationally,literature on China's tumor registration system,and cancer related health administrative management data within the scope of this survey;Conduct interviews with college students,oncology teachers,oncology experts,and health law experts;A survey questionnaire was used to investigate the awareness of the entire process of cancer prevention and control in the jurisdiction,the way college students understand the relevant knowledge of cancer prevention and control,their understanding of early symptoms of malignant tumors and knowledge of anti-cancer and prevention,and their understanding and needs for health management.Among college students in the jurisdiction,the proportion of male students in understanding the full process of tumor prevention and control was higher than that of female students,with a statistically significant difference(x^(2)=6.963,P=0.008);84.96%of college students expressed their understanding of cancer prevention and treatment knowledge through books,television,mobile phones,etc;The understanding of cancer related information in China's medical insurance among college students is statistically significant(x^(2)=5.531,P=0.019).Conclusion:The data on cancer prevention and control measures in our province,as well as the statistical data on tumor related health administrative management,are facing serious challenges.College students do not have a detailed understanding of tumor prevention,early screening,and early symptoms,and do not have a sufficient understanding of the entire process of tumor prevention and control and medical insurance system.College students still need to
