摘 要:价值观是职业教育文化建设的核心,价值观的纷争是自现代意义上的职业教育产生以来一直困扰世界职业教育发展的关键问题。当前,围绕价值观的“三个不相适应”已成为职业教育发展的深层羁绊。随着类型教育的地位确立,构建适应职业教育高质量发展的价值观将成为促进职业教育发展的根本文化动力。构建新时代中国特色职业教育价值观内源于三大路径,即传统文化中道-器-术关系的辩证思考、人-技术-职业教育之间的深层逻辑、类型教育的话语体系形成的现实需求。在此基础上,新价值观必须走向共益理念,让教育决策者、产业界、教育供给方、研究者、受教育者等所有参与者都在参与中获益。Values are central to the construction of vocational education culture.The debate surrounding values has been a key issue plaguing the development of vocational education worldwide since its emergence in the modern sense.At present,the"three incompatibilities"around values have become the deep fetter of the development of vocational education.With the establishment of the status of type education,the construction of values that adapt to the high-quality development of vocational education will become the fundamental cultural power to promote the development of vocational education.The construction of vocational education values with Chinese characteristics in the new era is endogenous in three ways:Dialectical Thinking on the relationship between Tao,instrument and art in traditional culture,the deep logic of education,technology and human development,and the practical needs for the formation of the discourse system of type education.On this basis,the new values must move towards the concept of common benefit,so that the participants like the education policy-makers,the industries,the education suppliers,the researchers and the educated people can all benefit from participation.
