摘  要:目的探讨分层次管理对小儿神经内科护士工作能力的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月内蒙古妇幼保健院小儿神经内科在职在编的30名护理人员为研究对象。按实施干预方法的不同分为两组,其中2021年1—12月实施常规护理管理,为对照组;2022年1—12月实施分层次管理模式,为观察组。所有入组护士均为同一批工作人员,比较两组沟通能力评分、职业认同情况以及管理满意度。结果观察组护理人员自我介绍能力、目光评估能力、关注对方反应能力、建议与意见征求能力评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护士的职业认同感、目标感、态度、价值等评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对小儿神经内科护士进行分层次管理模式,可有效提高护理人员的沟通能力与职业认同感,提高管理满意度。Objective To explore the impact of hierarchical management on the working ability of pediatric neurology nurses.Methods 30 on-the-job nursing staff in the Department of Pediatric Neurology of Inner Mongolia Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects and were divided into two groups according to the different intervention methods implemented.The control group implemented with routine nursing management from January to December 2021,and the observation group implemented with the hierarchical management model from January to December 2022.All enrolled nurses in each group were from the same staff members.The communication ability scores,professional identity,and management satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of the nursing staff in the observation group in terms of self-introduction ability,gaze assessment ability,ability to pay attention to each other's reactions,and ability to solicit suggestions and opinions were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of professional identity,sense of purpose,attitude,and value in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion A hierarchical management model for pediatric neurology nurses can effectively improve the communication skills and professional identity of nurses and improve nursing satisfaction.
