摘  要:目的探究PBL以问题为导向的教学方法(Problem-based Learning,PBL)教学法+循证医学模式对外科住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)质量的提升效果。方法选取2021年6月—2023年6月莒县小店镇卫生院外科的20名住培医师为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各10名。对照组采用传统教学,观察组采用PBL教学法+循证医学模式教学。在教学结束后,比较两组的教学效果。结果观察组医师的考核成绩、教学满意度评分、评判性思维评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论PBL教学法+循证医学模式可明显提升外科住培质量。Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method+evidence-based medicine model on improving the quality of surgical residency training.Methods A total of 20 residents in surgical training from the Department of Surgery of Juxian Xiaodian Town Health Center from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 10 residents in each group.The control group received traditional teaching,while the observation group received PBL teaching method+evidence-based medicine model teaching.After the teaching is completed,the teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The assessment scores,teaching satisfaction scores,and critical thinking scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method+evidence-based medicine model can significantly improve the quality of surgical residential training.
