分科教学法在乳腺癌临床教学中的应用效果

摘  要:目的分析在乳腺癌临床教学中采取分科教学法的应用效果。方法选取2021年8月—2023年8月永州市中心医院的40名实习生为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=20)、观察组(n=20),分别采取常规讲授教学法及分科教学法,对比两组教学方法效果评价优良率、诊疗基础知识考核及格率、临床实践能力考核优良率、教学质量评分。结果观察组教学方法效果评价优良率、诊疗基础知识考核及格率、临床实践能力考核优良率、教学质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论分科教学法应用到临床教学中,能够提高实习生对临床带教教学的效果,使其能够掌握诊疗基础知识,强化实习生的临床实践能力,获取更高的教学质量。Objective To analyze the application effect of subject-specific teaching method in clinical teaching of breast cancer.Methods Forty interns from Yongzhou Central Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(n=20)and observation group(n=20)according to random number table method.Conventional teaching teaching method and subdisciplinary teaching method were adopted respectively.The excellent rate of teaching method effect evaluation,the pass rate of diagnosis and treatment basic knowledge assessment,the excellent rate of clinical practice ability assessment and the teaching quality score of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent rate of teaching method effect evaluation,the passing rate of basic knowledge assessment diagnosis and treatment,the excellent rate of clinical practice ability assessment and the teaching quality score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of subject-specific teaching method in clinical teaching can improve the clinical teaching effect of interns,enable them to master the basic knowledge of diagnosis and treatment,strengthen the clinical practice ability of interns,and obtain higher teaching quality.
