摘　　要：基于成果导向的OBE教育理念,针对“物料输送”课程在传统教学中存在问题,重构课程内容、整合教学资源、改革教学模式、增加课程设计环节、完善考核方式,将前沿科技、生产实践和案例分析引入教学体系,构建课堂教学和实践教学的参与式教学体系,同时引入形成性评价机制,完善考核方式。通过课程教学改革,提升学生的主观能动性,培养具有较好实践能力、创新能力和综合素养的粮食加工工程专业人才,更好满足行业和技术发展需求。In terms of the issues existing in traditional teaching methods of“Material Conveying”course,the course content,teaching resources,teaching mode,course design and assessment method were reconstructed based on the concept of resultsoriented OBE education model.The frontier science and technology,production practice and case analysis were introduced into the teaching system.A participatory teaching system for classroom teaching and practical teaching was constructed,while introducing a formative evaluation mechanism and improving the assessment method.Through the course teaching reform,the subjective initiative of students was enhanced,and the grain processing engineering professionals with good practical ability,innovation ability and comprehensive literacy were cultivated,so as to better meet the needs of industry and technological development.
