摘 要:当前,教育家精神受到学界的广泛讨论和阐释,但对于教育家精神背后的人格心理构成却鲜有研究。本文在整合中西方人格定义的基础上,试图从理论上构建教育家人格概念的层次模型:一是“无需自我意识”的自然人格;二是指向“小我”的职业人格;三是实现“无我”的道德人格。其中,自然人格是先行基础,职业人格是现实依托,道德人格是根本支撑。传承和创新教育家精神是打造高水平教师队伍、建设现代化教育强国的动力引擎。探明教育家的人格结构及其功能,有助于推进教育家精神的落地落细落实,为教师职业发展与教师培养提供科学依据与可行路径。The educator's spirit has been widely discussed and interpreted by academics,but the psychological analysis of the personality basis underlying the educator's spirit is seldom explored.Therefore,adopting definitions Chinese and Western personality conceptualizations as a framework,this study aims to construct a hierarchical model of an educator's personality:firstly,the natural,characterized by a lack of egocentrism;secondly,the professional emphasizing a"small self";and thirdly,the moral defined by"sellessness".The natural personality serves as the prerequisite foundation,it acts as the realistic framework,and the moral personality constitutes the cornerstone for the educator's spirit.Inheriting and innovating the educator's spirit drives the development of a highly skilled teaching workforce and construction of a modernized education power.Consequently,investigating and elucidating the structure and function of educator's personality would help facilitate the implementation of the educator's spirit and offer a theoretical and practical route for teacher training and career development.
