摘　　要：学科备课组是教学研究的战斗力基础,也是“三新”背景下教育高质量发展的有生力量,其内部知识的转移是中学高质量发展链条中的重要一环。重塑备课组团队精神、构建具有教师专业学习共同体表征的学科备课组、组织教研活动等,有利于促进学科备课组内部知识转移,为教师专业发展赋能,有效提升教学质量,进而促进教育高质量发展。The subject lesson preparation group is not only the combat foundation of the teaching research,but also the effective strength of the high-quality education development under the background of"Three New",in which the internal knowledge transfer is a significant part in the high-quality development in senior high schools.Reshaping the team spirit of the lesson preparation group,constructing the subject lesson preparation group with the representation of teacher professional learning community,and organizing teaching and research activities are conducive to promoting the internal knowledge transfer in the subject lesson preparation group,empowering the professional development of teachers,and effectively improving the teaching quality,so as to promote the high-quality development of education.
