摘 要:教育督导方式以教育督导为实践边界和顶层遵循,是教育督导观念与行为的载体和外部表现形式。教育督导场域作为通过“中介”推动教育督导方式创新的外部“作用力”,其主体资本、权力不平等所形成的动力机制倒逼教育督导方式适配性的提升,督导对象的动态延伸与拓展延展了教育督导方式创新的空间,行动者角色多重耦合推进了教育督导方式创新的体系化。信息手段赋能的信息技术式教育督导、主体与功能融合的融合式教育督导和多重教育督导方式协同的生态式教育督导,是重塑教育督导场域惯习、延伸教育督导场域边界、增强教育督导场域协调、有效加快推进教育督导方式创新、提升教育督导效能的重要策略。Educational supervision method,guided by and bounded by the practice of educational supervision,serves as the carrier and external expression of the concepts and behaviors of educational supervision.The field of educational supervision acts as an external"force"driving the innovation of educational supervision methods through an"intermediary".The dynamics created by the capital of the subjects and power inequalities push for an adaptive improvement in educational supervision methods.The dynamic extension and expansion of the objects of supervision extend the space for innovation of educational supervision methods,while the multi-coupling of actor roles promotes the systematization of educational supervision method innovation.Information technology-enabled educational supervision,integrated educational supervision that merges subjects and functions,and ecological educational supervision that coordinates multiple approaches are crucial strategies for reshaping the habitual practices in the educational supervision field,extending the boundaries of the educational supervision field,enhancing the coordination within the educational supervision field,and effectively accelerating the innovation and improving the efficacy of educational supervision methods.
