摘  要:目的:对一起宴席引起的食源性疾病暴发事件进行调查分析,以为类似事件调查处置提供参考依据。方法:通过现场流行病学调查、食品卫生学调查、实验室检测,查找致病因素。结果:本起事件共搜索24例病例,罹患率为42.11%,患者主要症状为发热、腹泻、腹痛。流行病学研究显示,烤鸭为可疑食物,从6例患者大便样本、2份冷冻生鸭样本中均检出肠炎沙门氏菌。结论:这是一起由烤鸭中肠炎沙门氏菌引起的食源性疾病暴发事件,建议加强对生禽畜市场及餐饮服务单位的监管,健全管理体制,防范此类事件发生。Objective To investigate and analyze the food-borne diseases caused by a banquet,and to provide reference for the similar incidents.Methods Through on-site epidemiological investigation,food hygiene investigation,laboratory testing,and pathogenic factors identification.Results A total of 24 cases were studied in this incident,with an incidence rate of 42.11%.The main symptoms of the patients were fever,diarrhea and abdominal pain.Epidemiological studies showed that roasted duck was a suspicious food,and Salmonella enteritidis was detected in fecal samples from 6 patients and 2 frozen raw duck samples.Conclusions This food-borne disease outbreak is caused by Salmonella enteritidis in roasted duck.It is recommended to strengthen the supervision of livestock markets and catering service places,and to improve the management system to prevent such incidents.
