摘　　要：目的探索肿瘤专科医院等级评审中住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)档案管理的实践经验,以期为其他医疗机构迎接医院等级评审提供借鉴参考。方法系统解读《浙江省肿瘤专科医院等级评审标准》中的住培条款,详细介绍浙江省肿瘤医院住培条款档案准备的内容及现场迎评情况,总结该院住培档案管理工作中的思考和建议。结果该院住培档案齐全规范,助力医院顺利通过浙江省第4周期肿瘤专科医院等级复评,主要得益于以医院等级评审为契机,提高档案管理的意识和水平;以档案管理规范为理念,加强文件材料的收集和整理;以协同单位轮转为补充,确保档案资料的齐全完整;以现代信息技术为支撑,推进住培档案的信息化建设;以档案服务功能为根本,深化档案资源的开发和利用。结论作为住培过程中形成的具有保存价值的历史记录,住培档案是基地管理能力和实效的直观反映,为医院全面质量提升和等级评审提供有力支撑。Objective To explore the practical experience of archive management for standardized residency training in the grade evaluation of cancer specialized hospitals,in order to provide reference for other medical institutions to address hospital grade evaluation.Methods The clauses of standardized residency training in“the Grade Evaluation of Zhejiang Cancer Specialized Hospitals”were systematically interpreted.The archive content of standardized residency training and onsite situation of the grade evaluation in our institution were introduced in detail,and the thoughts and suggestions in the archive management of standardized residency training were summarized.Results Our hospital had prepared complete and standardized archives of standardized residency training,which had helped the hospital smoothly pass the fourth cycle of grade re-evaluation of Zhejiang cancer specialized hospitals.This was mainly due to taking the hospital grade evaluation as an opportunity to improve the awareness and level of archive management,strengthening the collection and organization of document materials with the concept of standardized archive management,ensuring the completeness of archival materials with the supplement of the rotation of collaborative units,promoting the informatization construction of standardized residency training archives with the support of modern information technology,and deepening the development and utilization of archival resources based on the fundamental function of archival services.Conclusions The archives of standardized residency training are a direct reflection of the management ability and effectiveness of the hospital,which should be continuously optimized and constructed,providing strong support for the overall quality improvement and level evaluation of hospitals.
