摘  要:课程思政建设在成人高等教育中至关重要,旨在培养德才兼备的高素质人才。成人高校在实施课程思政过程中面临诸多挑战,如学生思想观念多元化、学习动力不足、教学内容与实际工作脱节以及教学评价方式单一等。针对这些问题,文章提出基于混合式教学的课程思政实施策略,整合线上线下教学资源,促进学生自主学习。这种方式有助于解决成人学生课程思政实施中的问题,提高教学质量,满足学生的学习需求。The construction of curriculum ideological and political education is crucial in adult higher education,aiming to cultivate high-quality talents with both moral integrity and professional competence.Adult colleges face many challenges in implementing curriculum ideological and political education,such as the diversification of students'ideological concepts,inadequate learning motivation,the disconnection between teaching content and practical work,and the simplicity of teaching evaluation methods.In response to these problems,this article proposes the strategy of curriculum ideological and political education based on blended teaching,integrating online and offline teaching resources to promote students'autonomous learning.This approach helps to solve the problems in the implementation of curriculum ideology and politics for adult students,improve teaching effectiveness,and meet students'learning needs.
