乡村振兴背景下社工教育培训创新路径研究--以北京市朝阳区农村地区为例

摘　　要：专业化的社区工作者队伍是全面推进乡村振兴的重要协同力量。然而,现实中社工队伍自身能力不足、综合素养不高已成为制约基层发展的重要因素。有效的教育培训是社区工作者队伍专业化建设的重要手段和途径。聚焦北京市朝阳区农村地区社区工作者教育培训实践,选取典型项目进行研究,分析农村地区社区工作者教育培训存在的主要问题,提出以需求评估体系、质量保障体系、效果评估体系三个体系的构建为路径和抓手,提升教育培训的有效性。Professional community workers are an important synergistic force for advancing rural revitalization across the board.However,they have inadequate competence and low comprehensive quality,which has restricted grassroots development.Effective training is an important means of community worker team construction.This paper focuses on the training practice of rural community workers in Chaoyang District,Beijing,conducts research on the typical project,analyzes the main problems in the training,and proposes the strategy of constructing three systems:demand evaluation system,quality assurance system,effect assessment system.Taken as a path and a starting point,these systems will help improve the effectiveness of community worker training.
