摘　　要：随着潮菜产业的蓬勃壮大,潮菜标准化工作日益受到社会各界的关注。标准信息平台对标准的应用与推广具有重要作用,本文在对潮菜和标准信息平台基础工作进行深入研究的基础上,提出构建一个潮菜菜品标准应用技术服务平台,在探讨平台建设的可行性的同时根据市场需求提出一个潮菜菜品标准应用平台模型。With the vigorous growth of the Chaocai industry,the standardization of Chaocai is increasingly receiving attention from all sectors of society.The standard information platform plays an important role in the application and promotion of standards.Based on in-depth research on the basic work of Chaocai and the standard information platform,this article proposes to build a Chaocai dish standard application technology service platform.While exploring the feasibility of platform construction,a Chaocai dish standard application platform model is proposed according to market demand.
