摘 要:新质生产力是经济学和哲学概念,指社会生产过程中出现的新的、具有变革性和创新性的生产力要素或形态。发展新质生产力离不开新质教育。新质教育强调人的全面发展、个性化学习与终身教育,以培养创新型人才。当今教育学理论滞后、实践指导力不足、学科分类和组织架构不合理,已不能适应时代需要,建构新教育学理论与实践体系已成为发展新质教育的关键。本文从数智时代新知识观出发,提出建构新教育学的原则是从以学校教育为核心向终身教育为核心转变、打破“以知识传授为中心”的传统教育教学模式,实现真正意义上的个性化学习,培养与智能机器分工合作、擅长创新创造的数智时代新人。构建新教育学的理论基础需要跨学科合作。新教育学作为一级学科应包括教育学基本理论、学校教育学、终身教育学、人工智能教育学和教育伦理学五个二级学科;研究内容应涵盖教育目的与价值观、学习者与学习过程、教育技术与学习环境、教育政策与管理、教师教育与专业发展;除传统方法外,研究方法应包括数据挖掘与分析。教学模式创新应包括个性化教学、项目式教学、人—机合作式教学、跨学科教学;学习方式变革应包括个人导向的系统学习、新社会化学习和人—机合作式学习;教育技术应用应包括智能辅导系统、自动化评估、在线学习平台和虚拟现实与增强现实技术等。面对理论建构、教育观念和机构设置等挑战,本研究建议采取先易后难、循序渐进的策略,分观念引导与资源整合、实践探索与机构协作、系统构建与政策支持三阶段稳步推进。New-quality productivity is an economic and philosophical concept that refers to new,transformative,and innovative elements or forms of productivity emerging in the social production process.The development of new-quality productivity is closely tied to new-quality education,which emphasizes comprehensive human development,personalized learning,and lifelong education,aiming to cultivate innovative talents.Nowadays,educational theory is lagging behind,practical guidance is insufficient,and subject classification and organizational structure can no longer meet the needs of the times.Constructing a new educational theory and practice system has become the key to the development of new-quality education.From the perspective of the new knowledge view in the digital intelligence era,this paper proposes that the principle of constructing new pedagogy should be to shift the focus from school education to lifelong education,break the traditional education and teaching mode of"knowledge imparting as the center",realize personalized learning in a real sense,and cultivate new talents in the digital intelligence era who are good at innovation and creation and can cooperate with intelligent machines.Constructing the theoretical foundation of a new pedagogy requires interdisciplinary cooperation and innovation.As a first-level discipline,the new pedagogy should include five secondary disciplines:basic pedagogy theory,school pedagogy,lifelong pedagogy,artificial intelligence pedagogy,and educational ethics.The research content should cover educational purposes and values,learners and learning processes,educational technology and learning environments,educational policies and management,and teacher education and professional development.In addition to traditional methods,research methods should also include data mining and analysis.Innovations in teaching models include personalized teaching,project-based teaching,human-machine collaborative teaching,and interdisciplinary teaching.Changes in learning methods include personally-or
