摘  要:随着汽车工业水平的不断发展,汽车各子系统的线控化趋势日趋明显,如何模拟传统机械连接式转向系统产生的路感成为线控转向系统研究的重要课题之一。通过分析阐述传统机械连接式转向系统的组成及工作过程,深入梳理其路感的产生原理,并以小型乘用车为例,研究了悬架系统、制动系统、动力系统在工作状态下对路感可能的影响。最后根据分析结果,结合线控转向系统数据的分析与采集,探讨了路感模拟的可行性方法,以期为后续研究提供一定参考与借鉴。With the continuous development of automobile industry level,the trend of drive-by-wire control of automobile subsystems is becoming more and more obvious.How to simulate the road feel generated by traditional mechanical connected steering system has become an important topic in the research of drive-by-wire steering system.In this paper,the composition and working process of the traditional mechanically connected steering system are analyzed and elaborated,and the generating principle of the road sense is thoroughly sorted out.In addition,the possible influence of the suspension system,braking system and power system on the road feel under working conditions is studied by taking the small passenger car as an example.Finally,according to the analysis results,combined with the analysis and collection of steering by wire system data,the feasibility method of road feel simulation is discussed,in order to provide reference for the follow-up research.
