摘  要:新工科是国家和区域发展的必然选择,对我国经济转型、产业升级具有重要意义。应用型本科院校要适应新工科发展趋势,必须以培养应用型人才为核心,转变传统的职教师资人才培养模式,建立一支结构合理、能力全面的新型职业教师队伍。新工科背景下应用型本科院校应在加强基础型教学、培养职业核心能力、完善师资结构方面进行探索。应用型本科院校应以新工科为目标,以学生为中心,开展多种方式的产教融合育人模式。New engineering is an inevitable choice for national and regional development,which is of great significance to China’s economic transformation and industrial upgrading.In order to adapt to the development trend of new engineering,application-oriented universities must take the training of application-oriented talents as the core,change the traditional training mode of vocational education teachers,and establish a new type of professional teachers with reasonable structure and comprehensive ability.Under the background of new engineering,application-oriented undergraduate colleges should explore in strengthening basic teaching,cultivating vocational core ability and improving teacher structure.Application-oriented undergraduate colleges should take emerging engineering education as the goal,take students as the center,and carry out various ways of integrating industry and education.
