摘　　要：高校思政课是大学生思想政治教育的主渠道主阵地,是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程。红色文化资源是中国共产党人、先进分子和人民群众在进行社会主义革命和现代化建设时所产生的,并加入了特定时代内涵的地方红色历史革命遗产。以红色文化资源为主题的高校思政课教学改革创新,对加强思政课建设具有重要意义和时代价值。以瞿秋白、张太雷、恽代英为代表的“常州三杰”,是江苏常州地区最宝贵的红色文化资源。确立地方红色文化资源融入高校思想政治理论课的价值立意、难点分析以及路径探索,对提升高校思想政治理论课的教学广度和深度具有深刻意义。The ideological and political course in colleges and universities is the main channel of ideological and political education for college students,and the key course to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents The red cultural resources are the local red historical revolutionary heritages produced by Chinese Communists,advanced individuals and the masses during the socialist revolution and modernization and added with the connotation of the specific times.The teaching reform and innovation of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities with red cultural resources as the theme is of great significance and value to strengthen the construction of ideological and political courses.Represented by Qu Qiubai,Zhang Tailei and Yun Daiying,the“Three Masterpieces of Changzhou”,are the most precious red cultural resources in Changzhou,Jiangsu province.Establishing the value,difficulty analysis and path exploration of integrating local red cultural resources into the ideological and political theory courses of colleges and universities is of profound significance for improving the teaching breadth and depth of the ideological and political theory courses of colleges and universities.
