摘　　要：新时代高校专业教材编写既要强化专业课程思政育人功能,又要充分发挥培根铸魂、启智增慧、引领示范作用。“气象灾害风险评估与管理”作为高校地理科学类的专业必修课,其教材编写应把社会主义核心价值观、学科发展史与科学精神、工匠精神与职业素养、大国重器与重大工程、国家战略与地方经济社会发展等思政元素与专业知识体系有机融合,在选材上做到政治理论通俗化、抽象主题具象化,在内容上做到知识性与思想性、基础性与先进性、理论性与实践性相统一,引导学生正确认识世界和中国发展形势、时代责任和历史使命、远大抱负和脚踏实地,以贯彻落实立德树人根本任务。In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the compilation of professional textbooks in universities need to not only strengthen the function of professional courses in ideological and political education,but also play the role of casting soul,enlightening wisdom,and pilot.Meteorological Disaster Risk Assessment and Management is a compulsory course of geographical science in universities,its textbooks should organically integrate the ideological and political elements,such as the core socialist values,history of discipline and scientific spirit,craftsman spirit and professional quality,the pillars of a great power and major projects,national strategy and local socio-economic development and so on,into the professional knowledge system.In the selection of materials,they should make the political theory popular and the abstract theme vivid.In terms of content,they should unify knowledge with thought,foundation with advance,and theory with practice.The textbook should guide students to have a correct understanding of the development trend of the world and China,the responsibility of the times and historical mission,big ambition and being down-to-earth.By doing these,it would be helpful for the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents to be fully carried out.
