基于校企合作模式的高职就业指导体系探讨

摘　　要：在高职院校发展进程中,就业指导是学校的一项核心工作,近年来面对严峻的就业形势,高职院校在办学过程中都在不断加大校企合作力度,通过这种模式为学生就业提供更大支持。但是目前在高职院校办学过程中,就业指导体系仍然存在着问题和不足,学校没有与企业深度对接,导致学校开展的就业指导工作无法充分发挥出对学生就业的支撑作用。为了改变这一现状,迫切需要基于校企合作模式对高职院校目前的就业指导体系进行完善和创新。结合对高职就业指导体系现状的分析,从问题和不足出发,提出有针对性的建议。In the development process of higher vocational colleges,employment guidance is a core job of the school.In recent years,faced with the severe employment situation,higher vocational colleges are constantly increasing school-enterprise cooperation in the course of running schools,and provide greater support for students’employment through this model.However,at present,in the process of running vocational colleges,the employment guidance system still has problems and deficiencies,and it has not been deeply connected with enterprises,resulting in the employment guidance work carried out by schools cannot give full play to the supporting role of students’employment.In order to change this situation,it is urgent to improve and innovate the current employment guidance system of higher vocational colleges based on the school-enterprise cooperation model.Based on the analysis of the current situation of vocational vocational employment guidance system,this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions from the perspective of problems and deficiencies.
