摘 要:课堂革命作为职业教育提质培优行动计划的重要环节,其有效性是人才培养质量提升的关键支撑。以陕西铁路工程职业技术学院为例,指出了“车辆空调装置检修”课程教学实施过程中存在的问题,并以现存问题为切入点,从课程思政建设、岗课赛证融通、教学资源建设和考核评价四个方面提出了课堂革命背景下的课程教学改革实施路径,为进一步探索深化教育教学改革提供了有效参考。As an important link in the action plan of improving quality and cultivating excellence,classroom revolution’s effectiveness is the key support for improving the quality of talent cultivation.Shaanxi Railway Institute as an example,the problems in the teaching implementation process of"train air conditioning device"course were pointed out,and taking existing problems as the starting point,the implementation path of curriculum teaching reform under the background of classroom revolution was proposed from four aspects:construction of ideological and political,job-lesson-competition-certification integration,construction of teaching resources,assessment and evaluation,the effective reference for further exploration and deepening of education and teaching reform was provided.
