摘　　要：以习近平总书记关于课程思政的重要论述为指导,从国家、社会和个人层面,以公法、私法为路径,在知识产权专业核心课程中融入社会主义核心价值观,使专业知识传授和价值引领有机融合,实现知识产权专业立德树人根本任务。Guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on ideological and political courses,from the levels of the state,society and individual and from the paths of public law,private law,the socialist core values are integrated in the intellectual property core courses.In this way,the knowledge and values are integrated in organic way and the education tasks of values building and talents training are achieved.
