大类招生背景下高校学业指导路径探究

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育事业的快速发展,大类招生作为一种新型的高等教育模式逐渐得到广泛应用与推广。基于该模式下的人才培养不仅能满足社会对各类人才的需求,也有助于提高教育资源的利用率。文章从动态优化学业指导体系、搭建资源充足的一站式学生社区、动态更新学业指导资源、设置阶段性学业指导目标这四个方面,探索新时代高校大类招生背景下的大学生学业指导路径。本研究希望能为高等院校学业指导体系建设提供有益参考,助力学生的全面发展。With the rapid development of higher education in China,general enrollment as a new model of higher education has gradually been widely applied and promoted.Based on this model,talent cultivation can not only meet the needs of society for various talents,but also help improve the utilization rate of educational resources.This article will explore the academic guidance path for college students in the context of large-scale enrollment in the new era from four aspects:a dynamically optimized academic guidance system,building a one-stop student community with sufficient resources,dynamically updating academic guidance resources,and setting phased and reasonable academic guidance goals.This study aims to provide useful references for the construction of academic guidance systems in higher education institutions and assist students in their comprehensive development.
