摘　　要：在当前高职院校应用型法律人才培养的背景下,本文探讨了法学课程实践教学模式的构建及其对教育体系的价值,核心围绕教育理念的现代转型,强调法律教育的转向突破,重点在于通过实践教学、校企合作和现代科技手段,提升教学质量和学生实务操作能力。In the context of cultivating applied legal talents in current higher vocational colleges,this paper explores the construction of a practical teaching model for law courses and its value to the education system.The core revolves around the modern transformation of educational concepts,emphasizing the breakthrough of legal education,and focusing on improving teaching quality and students'practical operation ability through practical teaching,school-enterprise cooperation,and modern technological means.
