体育教育专业学生教学能力高质量发展的现实问题与实践思考

摘　　要：运用文献资料法,探析我国体育教育专业学生教学能力高质量发展的价值意蕴及现实问题,并提出实践思考。结果显示:价值意蕴在于推动“体育强国之建设”的有力保障、彰显“学校体育之教育”的重要理念、破除“体育教师之无教”的顽固观念、满足“学生体育之诉求”的必经之路。存在的现实问题是能力结构混杂,实践研究不足;资源供给不足,配置覆盖不均;教学形态单一,缺乏实践创新。针对上述问题提出了实践的思考:厘清能力结构关系,重视实践层次研究,构建教学能力标准;合理统筹资源配置,强化资源供给力度,构筑良好制度环境;改善课程教学形态,优化信息教学手段,改革创新评价方式。By using the method of literature,this paper examines the value implications and practical challenges associated with enhancing the teaching ability of physical education major students in our country,and proposes some practical considerations.The results indicate that the value implication lies in the robust assurance of advancing the development of a'sports power',emphasizing the crucial concept of'school sports education',challenging the entrenched notion of'no education for physical education teachers',and serving as the sole means to fulfill students'sporting needs.The actual problem is that the ability structure is mixed and the practice research is insufficient.Insufficient supply of resources and uneven allocation and coverage;The teaching form is single and lacks practice innovation.Some practical considerations are proposed:clarifying the relationship between ability structure,emphasizing the study of practical level,and establishing a standard for teaching ability;rationally coordinating resource allocation,strengthening resource supply,and creating a favorable institutional environment;improving course teaching methods,optimizing information-based teaching approaches,and reforming and innovating evaluation methods.
