社会力量参与高校学生发展型资助的价值与策略

摘　　要：发展型资助是实现公平而有质量的教育的必然要求,是高校整体育人工作的重要组成部分,体现了新时代对高校学生资助的全面优化要求。社会力量参与高校学生发展型资助,能够回应社会力量参与高校治理的系统需求,顺应高校学生发展型资助工作创新的现实诉求,呼应高校学生发展型资助实现育人目标的内在要求。当前,社会力量在参与高校学生发展型资助方面仍然面临着缺乏系统支持政策、各方需求的协调不足、发展型育人导向不够突显等现实挑战。为推进社会力量进一步参与高校学生发展型资助,建议转变理念,让社会力量参与高校学生发展型资助成为共识;建立机制,为社会力量参与高校学生发展型资助提供支持;挖掘内涵,使社会力量参与高校学生发展型资助创新发展。Development-oriented financial support is an inevitable requirement for achieving fair and high-quality education,and also an important part of student development,which reflects the comprehensive optimization requirements in the new era.The participation of social forces in development-oriented financial support has its values,including responding to the realistic needs of social forces participating in university governance,meeting the innovative development demands of student financial support,and corresponding to the inherent requirements of achieving educational goals.Currently,societal forces still face challenges,including a lack of systematic support policies,insufficient coordination of various demands and insufficient emphasis on developmental and educational orientations.To further promote the participation of social forces,it is suggested to make it a consensus,to establish mechanisms,and to explore connotation.
