四种液相色谱串联质谱国家标准方法测定水产品中氯霉素残留量的对比研究

摘　　要：为提升水产品中氯霉素检测的准确度,让检测人员选择准确度更高、试验结果更稳定的国标方法,本研究使用四种现行氯霉素检测的液相质谱国标方法进行检测,分析检测过程及结果,并对方法提出改进建议。In oredr to improve the accuracy of chloramphenicol detection in aquatic products,enable testing personnel to choose national standard methods with higher accuracy and more stable experimental results,this study used four currently effective liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry national standard methods for chloramphenicol detection,analyze the testing process and results,and propose improvement suggestions for the method.
